The "Solitaire du Figaro" 2012|

The Solitaire du Figaro departs from Paimpol in the Côtes d’Armor on 24 June 2012.

Paimpol will host La Solitaire du Figaro sailing race in June 2012.  The race's village  opens a week before the event with approximately 50 yachts in the N° 1 basin.  Plenty of entertainment is organised throughout the week.

The 50 or so boats will arrive at Paimpol's harbour on Friday 15 June from 6pm.  On Saturday 16 June, the time trials begin : the boats will leave the harbour at 3pm, will sail around nearby and return at about 6pm.  On Sunday and for the rest of the next week, they will be in the harbour.

Then, the 50 boats will set off for Spain for the first leg.  They will arrive in Cherbourg on 15 July.
